Return of money When the owner the script no longer wants or no longer can use the scripts we can in NO case give back the complete sum. When the owner doesn’t needs the script longer he/she should contact cc-plugins to talk about maybe a part of money giving back but this decision is done by the scripters of CC-plugins Also the owner the script may NEVER resell any of CC-Plugins scripts. For the transferring of Licences, you must contact the support and there will be a small cost to pay for the administration to change the ownership for the plugin(s). Taking back licenses If we have a good reason to take back a licence of a plugin for a site, because the owner, did NOT keep his promise, and did other things then in this agreement!. example when the owner has give the scripts for free illigal to other webmasters CC-plugins keeps the right to take back licenses when ever they want (only if we have a good reason). CC-plugins has the right to change the disclaimer/terms when they want!
